What are your minimum order quantities and pricing?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally via express courier services. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on destination and product classification. All shipments comply with IATA/ADR dangerous goods regulations where applicable.
How is my intellectual property protected?
We treat all custom synthesis projects as strictly confidential. IP generated during development belongs to you. We sign confidentiality agreements (CDA/NDA) before project kickoff and maintain secure handling of all project data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer (T/T) as our primary payment method. For established accounts, we may offer credit terms. New customers typically start with prepayment; credit terms can be arranged after building a trading history.
